Help me, please, with this message I received

Bear with me, I'm a newbie to this game. I received this message on July 4th and have yet to be able to open the link or do anything with it. It reads:
"Congratulations Fireworks master! You've earned a spot on the top ten high scores of the day in the Fireworks Game! For your explosive talent in creating the most awesome Firework spectacular, you are awarded an exclusive VMK prize. Follow this link. . ."
But everytime I click on it, the page is not available. I can click on the reply, report, or delete buttons. The message won't go away and I can't get the "exclusive VMK prize". Any suggestions as to what I could do?

I've had a similar problem with the Pirates game.... same type of situation....I sent a message using a link on the main page, but so far I haven't received a reply.

If anyone knows of a better way to get this fixed, please let us know!

Sounds like you got the Fireworks magic pin. I have not been able to win, so don't know for sure. Check your "Stuff" and see what pins you have. If you have Fireworks, you can wear it, and then make fireworks go off above your head.

Known bug, happens with both fireworks and jungle cruise: unkillable message, very annoying...

However, from Jungle cruise, the link DOES work. I haven't played fireworks so I don't know if anyone has gotten that link to work. Anyone know?

I have gotten both for the jungle cruise and the pirates game niether one work and i can not get rid of the messages they are stuck in my message i always have two message no matter what i do.

Fireworks gives you Nemo Chair
pirates gives you invisablity magic
jungle cruise gives you Tent Room

I have received that message for both the pirates and fireworks games and actually got the links to work!

Fireworks gave me a coupon for a Nemo chair
Pirates rewarded me with an Invisibility magic pin coupon
(each coupon has a bar code with a unique number)

Just a hint on how you too can get these coupons - I am not a master player at these games, but if you can play them first thing in the morning, the scores are very low! That is the only reason I have won these prizes.

And like SorcMickey, these messages will not go away, they are forever stuck in my list!

I've gotten a bunch of these in the pirates game for having a high score and none of the links have worked. However, on one of the messages I saved the URL and sent it to VMK, then tried it about a week later and the PDF was there. It was for a VMK bracelet. For me it seems like the message stays around for about a week or so then goes away.

My messages have been around since 7/10. Pretty annoying, but at least I could open the links!

Now, getting them redeemed is going to depend on some more Dis Magic.

The last one I received was on Saturday the 16th and it went away on Monday the 18th. I am clueless as to why it went away. It would be nice if VMK would at least let you delete them.

I got a link after Pirates for a certificate for a free glow in the dark VMK bracelet.

I can not get rid of the message but I was able to print the coupon for the bracelet!! Cool, I love free stuff!

I've had that message since July 4th. I did report it to the Black Hole aka "Contact US". It is annoying, especially when it goes no where and no prize is issued.

There is hope, I just received an email from the Black Hole about a bug I report the end of June. I guess they are working on it.
