Thank you for looking. I need your help, I want to know the differences between a 2 Br villa at both Jambo House Vs Kidani Village:confused:.

I now have a problem, If 6 adults are going to stay at WDW, 2 teens, 2 adults and possible 2 grand parents, what 2 Br would ok best for 6 people. looking to stay in July. They are wanting to stay 5-7 days. They are looking at renting points and want to stay at a 2 Br standard view. Which would have more room for 6 people? What is the square footage of the 2 rooms?

Or would it be best to stay where there is "more" room for 6 people in a 2 Br DVC villa? Thanks for any help or ideas:worship:

Thanks,

John:hippie:

All two bedroom villas at Jambo House are lockoffs. Meaning they are made up of a studio and one bedroom with the door opened between them. Two entrances, two porches, two bathrooms. two cooking spaces (one kitchen, one kitchenette). The second bedroom will have a queen sized bed and double sleeper sofa. Standard view will be pool view. The tub in the master bathroom will be a combo jetted tub and shower.

Kidani has both lockoff and dedicated (meaning it can only be rented as a two bedroom - one entrance) but the two bedroom has three bathrooms. Second bedroom in a dedicated will be two queen beds. One kitchen, no kitchenette. The bathroom in the master will have a jetted tub and a separate shower. Standard here are pool and parking lot. You pretty much view the pool across the parking lot.

All 2 bedroom villas at AKV would accommodate 6 guests easily, but for your group, I would recommend a 2 bedroom dedicated at Kidani village to have the extra bathroom. The Jambo rooms do not have that extra bath, and the kitchens are smaller. Also, with a dedicated, you will get 2 real beds in the second bedroom instead of a bed and a sleep sofa.

And just to add, the Kidani 2BRs are about 1173 sq ft and Jambo's are about 1073 and thus if you like larger space, Kidani is the one to go for.

I have stayed in both and for the group you are going to have, the extra bathroom is going to be a real perk. I love Jambo House because we spend a lot of time in the lodge, but have started staying at Kidani for the extra bathroom. The walk to Jambo isn't long and if the weather is bad you can just hop on a bus.
