I am a self-declared member of overplanners anonymous. We are going down to FL for a cruise (non-DCL 
) and a mini WDW trip in April. All items booked except for hotel and car the day we get ready to go home. Our plan is to drive back to the Sanford area the day before we fly home. We have a 7:40 flight on a Sunday AM from Sanford Airport. Now the dilemma--We have to be there no less than 60 minutes before our flight, per the airline, or they can give our tix away. We planned to arrive 1 1/2 hour early because the airport is so small. The rental car agencies don't open in time for us to return the car that AM. If we drop the car the night before (5:00 latest), we are stuck at the hotel all night, and the hotel with a shuttle to the airport doesn't start the shuttle 'till 6:30, and we wouldn't make our check in time. This is the last bit of planning I have and it is really bugging me 
. I really hope taxis aren't my only option-mainly because they are $$ and we would need 2 (7 travellers), and my DFIL is in a wheelchair. Any suggestions or experience with this? Thanks!
