Hi All! We are going to disney for one day- Sat Feb. 11th. We are staying at Disney's Yacht Club so will be entering the park from the boats. We plan to do both HS and Epcot in one day- but plan to spend the majority of our time at Epcot.
Epcot
Must Do
1) Soarin' (hopefully more than once)
2) Agent P's Adventure (UK AND Japan)
3) Spaceship Earth
Would be Nice
1) Test Track
2) Mission Space
3) Seas with Nemo
4) Turtle Talk w/ Crush
DHS
Must Do
1) Star Tours - likely 2 or 3 times (My kids are big fans of this)
Would be Nice
1) Toy Story Mania
We are a family that generally makes it to rope-drop. We like a mid day break and then usually stay at the parks until the bitter end after returning.
I was first thinking we should do DHS first and hit star tours a few times when lines are low. Then book all our Epcot FP's for the afternoon. But the more I've been reading I've been hearing you should book all FP's before noon and then you can select additional same day FP's. So for now I went ahead and employed this strategy and booked Soarin, Mission Space and Spaceship Earth fastpasses in the morning with the thought that perhaps we can then run over to DHS and get a Star Tours or TSM fast pass OR we can try to snag a second Soarin fastpass.
However, the one thing I wasn't sure of. If I want to book FPs at DHS after I've used all of them at EPCOT can I do that at EPCOT or do I have to go to DHS first?
Also I would hate to employ this strategy and then find none of the rides we want have good FP times and then be stuck with longer wait times in the afternoon. The predicted crowd level is a 6 on Touring plans. What are everyone's thoughts?
