Help me plan for the evenings

Hi! We have plans during the day time and will need to hit the parks late afternoon/early evening. What would be our best park and ride strategy for these days? We will be arriving Friday July 29th around 2:30 and leaving Tuesday August 2nd sometime in the afternoon (no set time). Sadly, we won't be able to get our passes until we are down there so fastpass is out. Thanks for any input and help!

Oh, wanted to add we do have an 8:20 ADR for Crystal Palace so any tips for after breakfast would be great! (We plan to take a couple pics before breakfast)
