help me plan for May

THis is my first trip so trying to learn all I can so please bare with me. I am wondering where I can find park hours for May ??? I read they might not be posted yet so then where do I find park hours for last May to compare. I want to plan which days to do which parks so I can also plan my ps. I got the cindy's breakfast for the second day we are there so I guess we will do MK on that day. Which park do you think would be a good park to start off with other than MK?? Os should we just go to Mk the first day and then go back Mk for the breakie and then off to another park for the day?? Thanks for all your valuable help
