Help me plan a party? (:

This summer, I want to have an Alice in Wonderland party for my 15th birthday. I need some help planning, though.
So far, I only have food and some decorations planned. If you have any suggestions, I would love if you posted them

well, when everyone comes in give them a hat like the mad hatter... that's kinda all i got!

but it depends what kinda direction this party is going... is it an all out bash, my super sweet 16 style, just a small get together, or anywhere in between?

I think it's going to be a small-ish get together. I was thinking Mad Tea Party, and have everyone switch seats every few minutes. With QOH's croquet and chess and stuff

By the way, I don't know what your budget is, but there are bakeries that bake the most magnificent tilted cakes that I think would go perfectly with a Wonderland theme

That's a fantastic idea! I'm not sure how much I'll have saved by then, but if I have extra, I will definitely keep this in mind.

Hmm...well you could play card games and give cards as favors...or watches (i'm late, i'm late! ) Decorating with those asian lanterns like in the movie... or do something with red and white roses..."eat me" and "drink me" labels...

Why not have a performer dressed up as the mad hatter. He could be your party host

not to brag but im a pretty amazing party planner!

ok alice and wonder land lets think....

so when you get there i like the ideas of u dressing up as alice. greet people like there in wonderland. make it feel like there in the movie. do it outside when its dark and hang up paper lanterns and set up a table with giant colorful teacups and a big cake!

if you do a small party on each invitation put a character besides alice so everyone is dressed up you could do:

queen of hearts
mad hatter
march hare
doormouse
cheshire cat
tweedle dee and tweedle dum (if you have friends who are twins or 2 people who are best friends they would be perfect)
caterpillar
duchess
cards
flowers
dodo birds
white rabbit

so then you have a whole tea patter!!!
by like plastic lawn flamingos and play croquet or if you dont know how to play croquet play golf.
string cards and hang them on the trees.
you know what would be cool? make a giant cat smile out of cardboard and two eyes and put them in a tree! ill try to think of more ideas
