Help me plan a magic kingdom 80's day

Thanks for adding more rides to my list.

Frontiersman/Tom Sawyer Island/Liberty Sq may be the most nostalgic and least changed of MK. Only BTMRR and Splash Mtn. were added during the '80's. Wish I could make a dining recommendation, but most has changed since the '80's (my go-to used to be the bread bowl soups at the Columbia House or pizza at Tomorrowland Terrace...I'm sure the pizza was horrible), maybe Casey's is the most of "old MK."

If you include Epcot, Frozen Ever After is the only major change to the World Showcase since Maelstrom opened. Much of the dining, shopping and attractions are still the same as 1982. And you can't get more "80's" than Teppan Edo.

My first visit to WDW was in 1980 and my fondest memories (outside of visiting) MK were visiting CR and Poly via monorail and seeing the luau at Poly. Perhaps take the monorail to those 2 resorts - stop to see the mural at CR!

Good point. But for the most obvious Epcot example of being stuck in the early eighties: Impressions of France!
