Oh boy, you picked some good times.

This is my thinking...

I would eliminate November 3-9 because it's Jersey week and can be crowded.

October is great for weather and the Halloween party at Magic Kingdom is going on throughout October. And the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. The crowds are quite manageable.

December is great for the Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween party and all the decorations and festive music pipped in. Weather can be unpredicible; cold or hot or somewhere in the middle. Crowds are minimal.

I love both December and October myself so I alternate each year!

We are booked for the December dates but now DS wants to go earlier....he is getting excited already.

I would go with October because it gets there sooner and it will give you something to look forward to in October. There's already so much to do and enjoy in November and December with American Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I would say either Oct or Dec.

But Oct if you are planning to do a water park. We went the first week of Nov'03 and some of the days were too cool for the water parks.
