Help me pick out the best ticket option for my group!

I've got a complicated one for ya'll so strap on those Commando boots and keep up soilders!

Dh and I are going to WDW from 11/25-12/5. I'm getting a PAP for the discounts so we're booking "room only" and need to find the best, cheapest ticket option for us.

THAT SAID! We WILL be park hopping and it's a good bet we'll be at Pleasure Island almost every night we're there (figure 7 nights). ALSO! We have another couple whom I'm planning for, joining us from 11/27-12/4. They'll get all the perks we have as far as park hopping and admission. We need admission to the water parks (we'll be visiting at LEAST one once, assuming the weather stays nice, which it has that week 5 out of 6 times running), the main parks, and PI (for the couple, they'll need 1 disney quest, 1 typhoon lagoon, and 2 PI).

For DH, that's $277.00 (via WDW web site - I know there are others out there), not including the extra admissions to PI.
For the couple, we're looking at $532.00 (via wdw web site).

So - does anyone have an idea on how much these extra nights will run us? I want to have all our tickets in my hot lil' hand before we step on a plane. I know I have plenty of time, But I need to get this other couple to pay me back for each peice before we go as well. Thanks!

First, what number of base days ticket are you getting for yourself and what are you getting for the other couple?

From the dates you wrote it looks like the couple will need at least 6 day base ticket with plus options. That will be 6 days at the regular parks (MGM, AK, MK,EP) and 4 pluses. You said the couple only wanted to go to DisneyQuest, Typhoon Lagoon, and Pleasure Island twice. That's a total of 4 pluses which is enough for the couple. Getting a 7-day ticket with plus pack will make it 5 pluses.

For your DH it looks like PI is for 7 nights then DisneyQuest and Typhoon Lagoon I assume? That's total 9 pluses. PI is cheaper than DQ or TL (which are about $25-30 perperson for each admission). Therefore, get the base ticket (7 days or however many you need) with pluses (5 visits). Then purchase 4 visits for Pleasure Island. I think at ticketmania.com or mapleleaftickets.com it's $16 for multi-club pass. I do not know if you can order it separately from Disney or not (maybe call them) but I think Disney would charge $20. I think single club ticket is $10 but also not sure how to get in advance.

I would suggest checking out Ticketmania.com they seem to have some of the best prices around and they don't charge shipping. We used them for our upcoming trip and they get lots of good press on the boards. Also you may want to sign up for the Mousesavers.com newsletter there is often a link to additional savings there. You should be able to purchase your additional nights at PI from them as well. Good luck.

Actually, the other couple is arriving early on the 11/27 and leaving early the morning of 12/2, so they'll only need 5 days worth of passes. One night we're going to Hoop-de-Doo and another will be spent at MVMCP, so that takes care of 2 nights. One night we have Disney Quest planned. On another day, we may do Typhoon Lagoon and PI in the same day.

We' may end up doing typhoon lagoon and PI in the same day, but yup! You've got the picture.

It might be cheaper for us to get a PI annual pass for DH. From what I remember, it was $60 or some bargain like that. Anyone know what it is now?

From time to time Pleasure Island offers a five more consecutive nights (all-clubs) for five more dollars when you buy a single all club ticket at the gate (ticket trolley). This way you can save the plusses on yhour pass for the water parks.
