Looking for some advice and recommendations for a 3 night stay for Dark Side weekend in April. I typically stay on property but am wondering if that’s really important for this trip since i don’t intend to spend much time (perhaps not any at all) at the parks. I will be running the half marathon so I’d at least like to be close for race day. I’m wondering if I can get more bang for my buck off property. I currently have a preferred room at Coronado Springs reserved for $280 w/ tax and would like to stay in that range. Having a fantastic pool and hot tub is an absolute must. It would also be nice to have a suite with perhaps a kitchenette or soaking tub. This will be a solo trip for me so I intend to do lots of lounging and relaxing at the resort. Where would you stay?

Marriott’s Cypress Harbour has a Jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite. The Resort is beautiful with 3 pools and hot tubs. The villas have been renovated with contemporary decor and we felt it was very luxurious! It’s adjacent to the I4 onramp and it takes 10 minutes to get to Epcot.

I recommend the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. You can get it entirely free through Chase Ultimate Reward Points through credit card sign up bonuses. My wife and I did a 2 week trip there last year. And I believe it meets all your requirements.
