Hey everyone! I've been trying to decide when to plan our daytrips to DLP, so of course I decided to turn to the forum experts! Basically, we're looking for the days that will be the least crowded.

French Toussaints holiday starts on this Saturday (the 18th) and goes until November 2nd. I'm wondering if it will be less crowded this Saturday or next week (Monday, Wednesday or Thursday). I know in principle weekends are worse than weekdays, but I'm thinking maybe it will be less crowded because all the French people will take a break to start out their holiday. But then again maybe I'm just crazy. I know it will be crowded either way, but I'd like to know what you guys think.

My next question is for our daytrip to see all the Christmas season things. Will it be less crowded on a Saturday in November or a weekday during French (and probably UK) holiday? French Noël holiday starts on the 20th of December.

Last question is; what is your favorite CS resto in the main park and why? Not counting Toad Hall as we've already been there and we'd like to try something new. Are there any other secrets to save money like the fact that you can share a double fish 'n' chips at Toad Hall for cheap?

Thanks everyone! :)

I'm not good with crowd estimations however I can definitely recommend Hakuna Matata in Adventureland. The chicken strips are especially yummy. The portions aren't huge, but there were three of us who weren't that hungry so we shared two portions. It's a must do for our next trip!

what kind of park ticket/AP do you have OP?
I can't really advise on what would be the best day in the next fortnight to go to DLP, but there is a blockout weekend for the Francilien and Fantasy passes on 13th and 14th December, so those would be good quiet days to go if you have Dream Passes or other entry tickets.

Thanks for the recommendation! I had forgotten about that one for some reason but now that you mention it I remember I'd heard other people raving about it as well. If it's open when we go, I think we'll try it!

That's a great idea, but unfortunately we have Francilien passes...living in France is already expensive enough! :rotfl:
