I have always only booked a package before and paid off using gift cards.

However this time I am buying an annual pass, which means I also need to book hotel and tickets separately.

So, I know for the hotel room I can do it all with payments on gift cards as usual. However, what about the annual pass and tickets? I have to pay in full for those right away. Am I only allowed to apply one gift card for each purchase? Or will it let me put in several??
Thanks!!

Have you used the DIsneyGiftCard website to combine your GC's? This may help in lowering the amount of GC's you need to use for each purchase, you can combine up to $1000. Also, have you thought about looking into buying discounted tickets and then when you arrive at Disney using those tickets to upgrade to your AP? You pay the difference between the value of your tickets (not cost) and the cost of the AP tickets, which might net you some additional savings. As far as I know, if you call customer service you can use multiple GC's.

Just to add. The tickets need to be activated before upgrading at Guest Services. You have until park close of the last day of your ticket to do the upgrade. I know you can purchase tickets online using gift cards so you should have no problem at guest services if you decide to upgrade.

I have in the past bought discounted tickets through UT and upgraded them. You can't use Disney GC at the 3rd party sellers though, but can use them to upgrade at the park.

I don't believe that is true anymore. There is a whole sticky on the TPAS board about upgrading.

from there -
A ticket can be upgraded while at WDW:
Before the guest uses that ticket to enter a park -or-
After
that ticket has been used to enter a park (or parks)
No later than close-of-business on the same day that the last asset of the ticket has been used.
