help me name this movie please

I can't remember then name of this movie to save my life! I seen at when i was little...

it is about a single mother around Christmas time that is struggling to keep her house let alone anything else. The bank sends in a person to evict her since she won't go and she pulls a gun on him and they get snowed in at her house. While he is there he sees a person family behind the foreclosure. all ends well but I can't remember the name of this movie?>

can anyone shed some light on it for me it's been bugging me for years. thanks

sorry but this not the one the one I am looking for she has 2 girls and this guy is from the bank and has a girlfriend that sends a helicopter in to get him and promises to be back with a bunch of presents. and he does, he brings bikes for the girls...

I just can't find this movie so frustrated thanks thou
