Help me make up my mind please

We usually go first week of May (for my birthday) and that week has been getting more crowded every year. Last year (2018, we did not go this past May) it was super busy and hot. Not a good combo Can't really compare with other months - our other go-to month is October - but DD and I took an early Feb trip a couple of years ago and it was busy but not crowded and the weather was great.
