Okay, here are the facts. We have a party of 6, ranging in age from 4-63. We are only going to be in the parks for 4 nights, which severely limits our dining choices. Our last night, the most important thing to do will be to see the Osbourne Lights at DHS. We currently have a 7:30pm reservation at The Wave in the CR for that evening (we're staying at the Poly, so I thought this would be convenient). I'm now thinking that I should change this dinner - we'll need to leave the park by 6:30 or so to make it to dinner (we will have a car), but I don't want to be rushed going through the lights. WWYD? My father prefers nice sit down meals, not buffets and not Italian. This leaves us with Prime Time 50's or Sci-Fi if I want to eat in the park. My DS4 is super picky, but I know he'd be fine there. My other thought is Spoodles, which we love - but what time to make the ressie for? Or am I just being silly? Should I keep the ressie at The Wave?

Okay, breathe - I get so crazed about this stuff! :scared1:

I would try for Sci-Fi . .. I think you will pleas everyone in the family with that one! DD will love the cars and watching TV. . . and your father will love watching the trailers to movies from his era!

I vote for Prime Time. Si -Fi menu has changed in my opinion not for the better. Why rush and leave the park stay there and enjoy it.

I'd stay in the park and do Prime Time. We've done both Prime Time and Sci-Fi, but we give the edge to Prime Time.

I'd go to the 50's Prime Time...food is better

I would try for a restaurant either at a nearby resort or at the park you are going to be at already for the day (DHS). Prime Time would be a great choice or, if you want something a bit fancier, hop the boat over to the Yacht Club and visit the Yachtsman Steakhouse. :)

Another vote for 50's PT. Why be rushed traveling around? Our family loves the food and the interaction with all the extended cousins, moms, aunts and uncles...

Try not to be overtired though because this can really affect the experience. Our first trip there I was so tired I could barely hold my head up and the interaction I would normally have enjoyed became very annoying.

Happy Planning
