HELP ME! I'm on the deluxe dining plan; how do I make

reservations on line without them wanting to charge my cc full price. Everytime I try to make reservations they want to charge me full price even though I'm on the deluxe dining plan. How in the world do I make them where I won't be charged?

This happened to me with CRT. I asked my travel agent and she said it was often a glitch in the system that wanted to charge you. She told me to call. I did and everything was fine. Give them a call to book.

You have to call for the ones that need to be prepaid. You will still have to give them a CC # for no-show charges.

Sometimes the system does not recognize the hotel reservation number as having the dining plan attached. Thus, when you do it online, it wants to charge you like it would for anyone else who didn't have the dining plan.

In these cases you need to call to get the reservation. The agent will be able to see you have the dining plan and take your card number without charging you.

When we booked CRT and Hoop De Do we had to use a CC hold (some others do this also) this is to prevent no shows. they do not charge the CC unless you fail to show up. If you cancel they will not charge CC either but is a time limit that they will tell you when booking.
