So I found rack of lamb for my husband, and now it's my turn! Please help me find the best (preferably steamed and preferable whole) lobster for us on a non-park day.

We found the following:

- Narcoossee's has steamed lobster ($72!), but I'm not sure if our DDP will cover the whole cost (sometimes, there's an "enhancement" cost) and Narcoossee's is quite a trek for a non-park day

- Paddlefish has a "seafood boil" that includes lobster (no idea if it's steamed, which is my preference), but it's convenient for where we're staying (BC)

- The Boathouse has a "lobster bake for two", but (a) nobody else in my family likes lobster and I don't like mussels, oysters or clams lol; and (b) I'm sure they won't let me order a half-order ha! The other one there is a crab-stuffed lobster, which would be ok, but not my preference of steamed lobster. We can get to DS via bus, so that's ok

There may be other places that have lobster that we haven't found, so feel free to add another option!

Thank you very much!
:thanks::thanks::thanks:

To my surprise, Coral Reef is currently serving a whole lobster on their menu. A friend had it last week and also it is showing currently on their menu.

Paddlefish's seafood boil is just that. All the seafood you want is placed in a red mesh bag and boiled/simmered together w/ corn, red potatoes and the seasoning of your choice. I dinna have a boil with lobster but enjoyed it nevertheless. They also have a lobster guacamole appetizer that looks divine and I regret not ordering it.

In addition to the lobster bake, Boathouse, offers a 1/2 lobster cocktail which came with a nice sauce actually 2 of them but I preferred one over the other. The meat was easy to access and I left none on my plate.
The current menu has a whole lobster roll, Maine style; a whole steamed lobster as an enhancement which makes me wonder if you can order the lobby as 2 TS with another single person entree. Finally, they currently have a lobster and pasta skillet.

Narcoossee's does include all their lobster dishes in the dining plan, but it is 2 table service credits. It is our favorite restaurant and we have been going for years. I always get the whole lobster, they even have it cracked for you and it is a nice size. They have one now at Coral Reef for one table credit, but it looks smaller and is stuffed with some kind of corn bread stuffing. The Boathouse for 2 credits has a nice large stuffed (with crabmeat) lobster. Also, Compass and Ale at the YC has a steam pot with a small lobster in it. That is one credit.

We will be going next week, and I cannot wait to go to Narcoossee's lol!!

The crab stuffed lobster at the Boathouse is excellent. I've had it both times we dined there.

Victoria and Alberts has lobster http://allears.net/dining/menu/victoria-and-alberts/dinner/

ETA: STK at DS has Lobster as an entree on their dinner menu http://allears.net/dining/menu/stk-orlando/dinner/

Thank you! :)

The Dining Plan does cover the entire cost at Narcoossee's and they do a wonderful job.

Thank you! :)

Shula's - Dolphin. BEST Lobster on property.
NO DDP - TIW accepted.

All personal opinion - I'm not necessarily right, no one else is necessarily wrong.

Thank you! :)

Thanks to all of you! It looks like Narcoossee's is the winner! I'm really looking forward to it now!
