to where I read about a 10 day ticket including a character breakfast and 2 water park days for kids!!!! I thought I saved it, but NOOOOOOOO, it's not on the list.

Might you mean.. the 10 Day World Pass? that was through Paramount travel - www.paramountinternationaltravel.com i think...
i think it's a "full park hopper plus" so you get as many water park days as you want. but then again, i might be wrong
