Help me decide!!

Have two sons. Ages 4 and 7. In Grand Cayman, should we do the Beach Break at Seven Mile Beach or Rum Point Beach Adventure? In Cozomel, how are the Dolphin Discovery versus the Beach Break at Playa Sol Beach?

Haven't been on the cruise yet but a woman that I worked with did the dolphin encounter...she said that she had a blast and the only regret that she had was not ordering the video! I can't wait for our cruise to get up close and personal with the dolphins...it will be cool for them while in school to say "I've gotten to touch and be in the water with them!!!"-just my opinion...I know the info isnt much but hope it helps....
