For two people, the Lion King Suite seems like overkill unless you both swoon for Simba.

Of the two, I would definitely do POR. IMHO, the suite will be quite big and one of you will have to sleep on a pull-out or pull-down. Plus the amenities at POR are much nicer.

You may also want to consider looking into Swan/Dolphin. Their rooms sometimes price out like a mod and you will be able to walk to F&W!

The Royal Rooms are really something special. We enjoyed POR a great deal and would recommend it without a hesitantion.

I would choose POR over AofA. But I also would consider CSR for a mother/daughter trip.

POR definitely. POR and POFQ are two of my top choices for a mother/daughter trip I have planned for 2018. DD will be 12 though.

I would say POR. I feel like it's a more relaxing vibe. I love the design of mansion buildings and landscape. POR all the way!

I can't speak on the Lion King Suite, but I have stayed in a POR Royal Room and I would highly recommend it.
