I am having a hard time deciding where to stay our last 2 nights. We are going in june from the 16-24th. We already booked a 4 bedroom pool home in sunset ridge for the first 6 nights but decided to add on 2 more. Heres our choices:
1. Stay at the sunset ridge house for $180- cheaper and no packing on the plus side, farther from the parks on the bad side
2. Stay at a windsor hills house for $210- closer, lots of theming and shuttle to disney but a little more money and would have to pack.
3. Seaworld hotel package with seaworld tix for $311, includes a not fancy basic hotel but has shuttle to seaworld/universal and get the quick line pass thing at sw I think. Plus we'd get our sons seaworld ticket free this way (our sw tickets otherwise are going to cost about $170 just by themselves)
4. Stay at value disney hotel for $384 . More expensive but its disney! We'd get evening emh on friday at mk. But were planning on doing sw on sat so we can see the summer nights show, so staying at disney wouldnt really matter for sat.
5. Stay at whatever cheap basic hotel we can find (I have seen real cheap Motel 6 type places for $40/night). Not crazy about this idea, but we could use the saved money for something else (maybe cirque du soleil tix??)
6. Go to the beach for 1 night and stay there, stay the other night either at house we are already staying at the the first 6 nights, or maybe just one night at disney?? Not sold on this idea either because it involves a lot more packing and moving around, plus we go to the beach all the time at home (NC) and are florida beaches really going to be THAT much different unless you are down in the keys?
We are on a budget but ive managed to save alot by staying offsite and getting tix thrpugh yes program. It is our first trip. We have 4 day park hoppr and water park tix, thinking ab adding another day to that. We are going to universal and sw for a day each. What would you do??
