So, my hubby and I will be celebrating 10 years of "Happily Ever After..." next March. Of course I'm thinking about our trip already...

Since we're leaving the kids at grandma's house we're planning on eating at a TS every night... Thurs - Sunday. What would you recommend?

We're not fancy people, so I know we really wouldn't enjoy Victoria's and Albert's - plus the price!

We've been big fans of the DDP... so we'd probably do that again...

Any suggestions?

Hi... I would do DDP and a few places my husband and I like are 50s prime time, Le Cellier, and Liberty Tree (we are not that fancy either;)).

I'm not a fancy person either but I would recommend Le'Cellier, Les Chef de France, San Angel Inn and Grand Floridian Cafe. We've never been to but we planning on trying Paradiso 37 in May.

1 TS restaraunt I would say LeCellier because it is my families fav. and the pretzel bread, canadian soup ( which isnt on plan but worth trying) and the filet w/ mushrom risotto, and chocolate whiskey cake.

Tutto Italia we are trying for the first time but the atmosphere seem lovely here, and the menu looks yummy!

2TS one of our favorites is Yachtsmen Steakhouse.great steaks and filet and you can stroll the boardwalk after dinner.
Narcosses running second. Great food and atmosphere and u can watch wishes if you shedule accordingly.

We went to Tutto Italio (I think thats it in Epcot) last year and we loved it. Service, food, everything. Le Cellier without question, great mushroom filet. Tepan Edo, you can be entertained while you watch your food being prepared.

We also ate at Trails End in Fort Wilderness (we like to try the restaurants in different resorts, this way we can check out the resort too). This place was sooo yummy. A buffet with food you would find at a good BBQ. Everything tasted good. Definately not a fancy place.

Have a great time and happy anniversary!

Without kids in the mix I would go for some signature restaurants, even if you aren't 'fancy people' ;) How about California Grill one night during Wishes? That would be a dream come true for me. Seriously consider doing at least one of the signature restaurants. Here are some great choices: Jiko at AKL; Artist Point at WL; Cali Grill (CR); Narcoossee's (GF); Flying Fish (Boardwalk); and Yachtsman Steakhouse (YC). If you are looking for restaurants participating in the DDP using 1 TS, try out Le Cellier or Biergarten in Epcot; Ohana's at the Polynesian; The Wave at the Contemporary Resort; or Sanaa at AKL. I'm sure there are several other options out there you'll hear about. Enjoy your trip with DH! :thumbsup2

Flying Fish is a signature??

On my radar is: Cali Grill (during wishes would be awesome), Le Cellier, and I would love to go back to Biergarten, but my husband did it LOVE it as much as I did our last trip...

But now everyone is mentioning some places that sound SO Good. This is going to be some tough decision making... when we go with the kids it's a bit easier trying to decide from the most "kid friendly" places...

We'll, hopefully, be staying at the Beach Club - if that doesn't happen than we'll be at Bay Lake.

I love San Angels Inn, DH not so big on authentic Mexican food. Very romantic. Spirit of Aloha show is a beautiful show and the food is good. Have to admit the show is better than the food, I've been twice and plan on going again some time in the future. Hope this helps, happy anniversary.

Def. Cali Grill. Time it around Wishes, take drinks out on the balcony and enjoy watching the fireworks with the hubby. So romantic!
Have a great vacation!

Thanks Everyone!

This is going to involve some tough decisions... I'm definitely going to try to get Cali Grill for Wishes - that would just be awesome...
