Hi we are going for a quick summer trip to Disney/SeaWorld. We are only doing one park (epcot) with a left over hopper, but decided to use up all our old Water Park tickets/ Disney Quest. So we are going Mid july and staying at a Marriott Cypress Harbour for four nights ( we had a package already booked in Myrtle beach, and they let us switch!) So we are going to spend just three nights at Disney and we can't decide between POP and SSR. It will costs us only $20 dollars more to stay in a SSR Studio because we have a friend who will rent us DVC. SSR is the only thing available at this time.
So my question is, should we do SSR over POP if we are a family of four and will be staying in a Studio vs a room at POP. My main concern is the bedding because SSR has a queen and a sofa, but I don't know how comfy the Sofa is for two kids 8&10. We are tempted because I understand that SSR has a nice pool with a slide and I know POP does not. Since we will be relaxing by the pool, I was thinking we need a good pool, but then again we will be going to the water parks so we may be pooled out.
Can I get some pros and cons for both resorts. Thanks!
