Help me decide on some new GOOD restaurants for my next trip

Casey's Corner (I know it's counter service, but I love it!!!)

My next trip will be a solo, so I'm not necessarily looking for character meals (unless the food is good). Any suggestions?

Here are a few we like that are not on your list:
MK -
Plaza (great sandwiches, delicious ice cream)
Columbia Harbour House - this is CS but the food is great, nice change from lots of heavy/greasy stuff, quiet upstairs, great tuna!

Epcot
Tangeriene Cafe - another CS but really good food
Le Cellier
I have also heard great things about Coral Reef although we have not eaten there

Try the ESPN Club on the Boardwalk- they have awesome food!!!!! You named a few of my favorites already- Casey's Corner, Flametree Barbecue, and Ohana's- boy do they feed you there.

How about Concourse Steakhouse at CR (a great buffalo chicken sandwich!) and I second Columbia Harbour House. Also Boma is quite good....even if you are not an adventurous eater...I am very picky and loved it!

Liberty Tree Tavern-- I like this place for lunch. Dinner is alot of food and feel guilty about wasting.
Crystal Palace (breakfast)-- This is one of my must-dines every trip. Have had lunch & dinner there, but not breakfast yet.
Casey's Corner (I know it's counter service, but I love it!!!)-- I like this place for a quick lunch or dinner.

Rose & Crown-- This is one of my must-dines every trip. Love having dinner here, then watching Illuminations.
Le Cellier is another favorite of mine.

Concourse Steakhouse -- This is another good place to dine.
California Grill -- Another good place to dine.
