OK, I need to convince DF that we should take a 2 week trip in Jan instead of the planned one! We are getting married in Septemer and spending 5 weeks there, and I have a weeks holiday remaining for after xmas, we decided to do a cheapy for a week. Only I have found a great deal for the POP £395 each and it's only £565 for 2 weeks including the car (we have the separate insurance policy). We already have annual passes which don't run out until May and annual insurance.
So help me convince him!!

WOW 5weeks? im soooo jealous! I managed to convince DF that we need to go again in April so that we make full use of our free passes. I also pursuaded him that it would be far cheaper to keep me happy with a disney holiday that he would enjoy aswell instead of the new car i wanted!

Wow you are spending 5 weeks there!! You really must be a huge fan!! I think I would get tired off the place if I was there for that long!

Well you may as well go for two weeks at that price, there is hardly anything in it! Its better to go for two weeks at that price then go for a week and then decide it wasnt enough so end up booking another trip soon after.

Umm.... the jetlag will be easier to get over if you have two weeks rather than one?

He will be able to fully relax and switch off from home?

Other than that if you are already going for 5 weeks later in the year I am struggling to find more as my usual reasons centre around "we must make sure we have enough time to do everything" LOL

LOL. I know it's kinda hard to reason when we are there for 5 weeks, plus we only just got back 2 weeks ago, that was all wedding stuff. (you know what I mean Laura)!!

I see it like this, in September the family are all there for 2 weeks and we get married after 10 days, so we wont be spending all our time in the parks and will have wedding things to do. Plus we have a family BBQ, 2 nights out etc. The wedding week will be taken up by the wedding and days surrounding it. We go on a cruise for a week and then back for 2. So really the only down time we have at Disney will be the 2 weeks we get back after cruise.

I'm trying to work on, "this will be our only trip next year babe" (we are going to Vegas and Hawaii) and I tried the "we will have plenty of time to get over the jet lag"

OK anymore?
