Help me choose "the reveal" for my son!

Maybe I am the odd one out, but it is so fun watching the excitement build for my 6 & 8 yr old daughters in preparation for their first trip to DL. We still have 6 weeks before we go and I am loving watching them dream of this trip.

We like both! We told our kids we are going in the next few month, but didn't tell them when. We have spent a lot of time reading this website, and making a schedule of our rides. Our DS10 is really into all the planning. Next Saturday night we will be loading them up and driving over to DL!! I am so excited!! AAAHHH!!!

We love the build up too, but want to try a surprise this time. I'm still getting the 'build up' on my end too because they have NO PROBLEM randomly watching ride thru's on youtube or the disneyland behind the scenes thing on Netflix. We totally talk about 'going to disneyland' all the time now. We get around this by saying "we'll probably go in two years.." Which now they talk about all the time. Guess we'll be planning another trip LOL

Luckily I get the best of both worlds on this one.

he knows we are going "someday" and he is hoping that is this summer. So we have been watching disney movies, I've been showing him the rides and entertainment online as well as the food pictures etc. He IS getting quite excited already......so for him to realize we are going sooner than he thought I am hoping will be the icing on the cake.

I say option 1. I can't wait till my daughter is old enough to surprise! At 3 I don't think she'll get it yet

Yeah exactly! I'm making them excited without them realizing why BAHAHAH.

Plus they're excited about our "Las Vegas" trip! My only worry is that they'll be sad we're not staying in Las Vegas HAHA
