Help me choose a destination that caters to small children

We would like to plan a fantastic family vacation in 2011 that my 2 year old and 4 year old will have a blast on. A lot of the places we've looked at make it seem liked we'd enjoy ourselves but the kids would be just 'along for the ride'. We don't really have a country in mind, although the shorter the airplane ride the better. Any suggestions would help. Thanks!

You should double-check with Adventures by Disney, but I'm pretty certain that the minimum age for an ABD is 4 years old. And several of the trips have a recommended age of 6.

I would consider a Disney Cruise
We did one when our kids were young and it was a good experience.
