Help making a "coupon"

We are planning a surprise family vacation for Christmas I need help making a "coupon" to wrap as a gift. The coupons will say something like "This coupon good for one horseback ride at Fort Wilderness" and so on. We thought we would wrap each activity as a present. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I'm not sure about the horseback ride, but there are lots of coupons out there. I have some in my 4shared file in the link in my signature and you can find some in Bababear's (Mel) and Rustmanfan's shared file.
