I'm going to go ahead and blame Covid because things were so much easier before Covid!
I keep getting an error message when trying to link the tickets of the family we are traveling with to our plan in MDE. I've done it in the past with no problems at all. It's now telling me that "this reservation is already linked or cannot be claimed online by the confirmation number." I know they're not linked to any other MDE besides their own and they have nothing but their confirmation number because this is their first time visiting WDW so they have no physical tickets or Magic Bands. Of course the message also says to call Disney but when you call all circuits are busy.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help!
