HELP!! Leaving Sept. 11th and still no docs printed yet!!

We booked our room 2 weeks ago and got a GTY, called DCL and checked on-line and still no stateroom number or docs printed yet. We leave Next Sunday, and I am starting to worry. Any other DIS boarders have this happen to them?? What if I don't get our docs before we leave next Sunday??

If you don't get your docs before you leave you can get them at the port.They can print them for you right when you check in. We are on that cruise also,and our only concern is the gas shortage.

once my DH surprized me with a last minute cruise, booked about 2 weeks out and we got our documents 2 days before we left. We did ask and DCL said not to worry as they would print them out at the terminal. You should have a confirmation number, just bring it with you when you come if your documents have not arrived in time.

WE live 45 minutes from the port. Gas is around $3 per gallon, but we have been told to expect $5 by the weekend. And to the above post, yes there is a shortage here. Last night when it was announced our 3 local stations had a 2 hour wait and police to control the crowds. It was crazy. I already had a full tank, but I did witness it as I went by. This morning I saw all 3 stations getting a delivery. The lines were shorter, maybe a 30 minute wait. The panhandle is having the most problems so far, but the shortage will trickle down our way within a week, or so we are told. Your best bet is to fill your tank when ever it gets down to 3/4 full. That is a lot of small fill ups, but at least by keeping the tank full, you'll be guaranted enough for your trip. Just stop when ever you see an open station along the way. Cocoa beach has a lot of stations, but dont know how their supply is there. WE found in small local towns there is no lines and plenty of gas for now. Of course it is more expensive in smaller towns. Hope you both have Magical cruises!!! Forget about all the problems of the world and enjoy yourselves.
