Help. Last dining reservation

Have a 7 day trip in may planned, we have contemplated what to book for our last day dinner reservation, i have two breakfast buffets booked and currently have cape may cafe booked for the last day, but not real sure that's what i want. We are on the dining plan and looking for something that I couldn't eat at home in MS and that's not signature dining, any ideas? TIA

forgot to include that, we will be at HS during the day and MK that evening, doesnt have to be in the park but would like to maximize our times in the parks so i guess that would be easier/faster, im open to any suggestions though
