help - Kohls emails?

I've stopped getting Kohl's emails. The last sale alert I received was Dec 16th. I have received emails about orders I have placed, but no sale alerts. I tried re-registering, which didn't work. I emailed Kohls and they said I should try deleting my cookies, and files (which will also delete my history). I'm am hesitant to do that, because I don't want to lose any of my saved log ins, and don't know what else I may lose.

So, I decided to sign up for Kohls emails at home instead. I got an initial email thanking me for signing up for sale alerts, but still no new emails from kohls in my inbox. That was feb 11th. Has anyone been getting emails from kohls? I used to get one like every day.

Any suggestions? Anyone know what I will lose if I do delete my cookies, etc?

You shouldn't need to lose your saved passwords if you delete temp files (cache) & cookies. Normally your selections you can choose to delete are:

Temporary Internet Files
Cookies
History
Form Data
Passwords

You can select which items you wish to clear. I would be very surprised if this would help in an e-mail situation. If you can, check with your e-mail provider - mine used to put whatever they felt like in their spam filter & I would quit receiving e-mail lists I had subscribed to because they felt they were spam. With centurytel (centurylink/embarq) I always check mine online via the web vs. downloading - this way I can see what is filtered off into spam & redirect it. My expectation is that your e-mail or internet provider changed their settings. They may be able to white-list for you.

I would also suggest opening a gmail or hotmail account & switch your Kohls account information over to that instead. You can see what is directed into the Spam area there also just by going to that folder. My Kohl's always shows up in my regular box but other email subs often end up in Spam until I 'set' them as safe.

I did just receive a Kohl's email this morning again - so they are definitely still coming.

I get a blocked messages list every day at work, and kohls emails used to be in there, but they aren't anymore. I would just slide them over to my inbox.

Come to think of it, I haven't been receiving toys r us emails either at work, but I do still get those at home. I just haven't missed those as much now that Christmas is over.

I do have a junk email folder at home and no kohls emails are in that either.
