Help!!! January Trip!

So I need some help from all you fantastic disney people!!! My sister just got accepted into the College program and we are now planning a trip for my mom, me and her to take her down to check-in! My question is...if we book the January 2010 4/3 (or 5/2) deal can me and my mom upgrade our park hoppers to season passes? and Will the days that my sister does not use hold until we come back later in the year?? Yes, before you activate your ticket you can go to the ticket window & upgrade the tickets for yourself & your mom to APs. And as long as your sister's ticket is never activated, you can use it any time to come back (not just in 2010). It won't expire until 14 days after the first day of use.
