help- Italy West Plaza

All - I need some help with the capacity at Italy West Plaza.
Carries Passporter says the west plaza holds 20-60...
Is 60 really the max? We are at 59 right now... I worry about going over.

AND I can't ask my !*@!* planner because him AND his assistant are on vacation at the same darn time I mean really, it was bad enough we found out our planner was off for 3 weeks, but then his assistant informed us today she'd be out until next friday!!!!!!

Anyway - if anyone knows the max you could fit at italy west plaza for a dessert party, it would really help us. I can't wait till next friday for an answer from our planners assistant!

I'm pretty sure it is 60. I had the same problem as you so although I really love Italy I decided to go with French Upper just to be safe. I'm glad I did because our guest list has grown.Some of the things you find online even say the max for Italy West is 50 but the info my planner gave me was max of 60 so I was also concerned that 60 people might seem a little crowded.

Well, the info in Carrie's PassPorter comes straight from Disney, so unless they've enlarged the patio in the last few months, you're going to get the same answer from Disney.

However, if you think you might only go over by a couple of people, your planner may tell you not to worry about it. Fingers crossed!

Just an FYI, this was the response I got when I asked if we would be too big for the Italy West Plaza:

The maximum guest count for a Dessert Party at Isola West Plaza is 150 and it would be set with scattered cocktail tables. The maximum guest count for a Rehearsal Dinner at that location is 66 and it would be set with 6 rounds of 11.
