HELP!!-Is $260 RT too much from Phoenix to Orlando??

I have purchased airfare in the past from phoenix to orlando for 178 rt, but that has always been for sept flights. Having never been in may, im wondering if the fares are generally higher for that time of year with summer coming, or does that have no effect on it?? I have found flights for about 218 RT, but i dont like the times at all for our dates, leaving on sat, returning 9 days later on a monday. may 14-23. We want to leave as early as possible on sat, and the earliest from anyone seems to be 540 am, with the first flight in at 2pm. we want to leave late monday to spend the day at the parks and have found 5 pm departure arriving home at 930pm. Should i go ahead and get the tickets with the flight times i like, or do you think they will go down between now and then?? I do not want to fly SW, i want assigned seats so that is not an option.

If you don't want to fly sw (they have lots of options for $223)...I'd say book what ever gets you the closets to your preferences....

I love southwest...so I'm not much help...but I did look up other airlines and I think Delta has the most decent options...
