Help! Ink stain!

HELP! My DD got ink on her jacket. Anyone know how to get ink stains out of clothes? Hers is the fluffy kind of girls winter coat. HELP!

I always use rubbing alcohol to get ink off clothing. Some people use hairspray but I think it is the alcohol in the hairspray that works.

The only thing that I know that works on ink stains is hairspray. The aresol kind works the best. (this is on non fluffy items, like jeans and my hubbies cammies).

I use rubbing alcohol. It works pretty well I think that's why hair spray works on ink, it contains a lot of alcohol.

I agree with the above poster about the Aeresol hairspray. It seems to work best.

On second thought, don't waste good tequila that way. Try Vodka!

(What? You say that's not the right kind of alcohol? Hmmmm... )

thanks for the suggestions! Even the specific alcohol! The jacket is in the wash and I would say I got out about 80%. I'll hope for more on the second run through on the wash!
