I just booked my resort stay at the Wilderness Lodge and it came to $3,398,52 (2 rooms, courtyard view [standard no longer available], 6 nights). Which is $283.21 per room per night.

I know this is rack rate and I am an annual passholder and am patiently waiting for the codes to come out. Nonetheless, this really kind of floored me. Maybe it's because I'm booking one of the rooms for 2 of my friends who have never been to WDW. I think it's just all of the responsibility.

I would appreciate some kind words of reassurance. Thanks.::yes::

Is this for your trip in May? I would think mid-March (45 days out)would be the point I would start to worry.

Take a deep breath and relax, your half doesn't seem terrible it's just both rooms together, You can always reschedule for when codes are available, if you have to.::yes::

Know what you mean!! I did 9 rooms in December for AKL for our family reuinion!! Luckily, though, I'd gotten everyone's credit cards beforehand, so it wasn't all on mine....

Didn't you read in the rules that there is no "freaking out" allowed?

Discount codes will be out before you know it and all will be better.

Take a deep breath. Good air in......bad air out......now isn't that better already... ok, I'll be quiet now.

When are you going? I just checked Mousesavers.com to see if there was a room only code. There is for WL Feb-April 17th I think. The rates are 189 for standard, 229 for courtyard, 290 for concierge. If you can still get these rates. I am not sure how early you have to book them. For almost same price you could get concierge. I hope this helps. Have fun Brenda

did you pay with the Disney Credit card? If so, you can think of it as $34 you will get free to spend at Disney!!

 Hi again everyone, thanks for your nice replies and words of encouragement.

I am happy to report that I am no longer freaking out. :earseek:

I finally remembered the rule that no one is allowed to freak and I also did the deep breathing exercises recommended. I am now calm and happy. :o princess:

Plus, I did pay with the Disney Visa and can't wait to spend my bucks when I get to WDW.

Katie, it sounds like you know exactly how I feel. I should've got everyone's credit cards before hand, but then again, I wouldn't get the Disney Visa bonus.

Keep the bonus! Just tell them "I know where you live!" so they won't forget to pay you back!! I ended up doing that alot since we had the Disney Dining Experience and everyone wanted to use the discount.... There was so much "pay me back later" between all the family members I had to mail everyone an itemized list of what they owed to who for what after we got home.... Luckily I'd kept a notebook going in my purse so we knew who owed who and how much.
