Hi all,
My friend was due to fly out of Gatwick today for her first ever trip to florida the airport has closed due to the snow leaving her stranded in the airport. There are no hotels in her price range she can go into it and the Travel Insurance said she is not covered as its not a delay its a cancelletation is that really right ??? If plane doesnt take off tomorrow - the virgin staff are saying thats very likely she loses all her money - Im sure she must have that wrong
