Help identifying a pin

My son received this pin as a grad present and was told to wear it on his upcoming trip. Anyone know what it is?

(ETA...I don't know why my photo isn't showing. I'm working on it - in the meantime, its's a gold Mickey head with a black script Capital D in the Disney font.)

i thought pin pics has values too. Ebay is a easy way as well

Pinpics list the retail prices of the pin (in most cases), but not the current market value. The pin the OP is asking about was a complementary pin given to people who host/plan a conference.
