Help! I ran out of tape

I have been neglecting my scrapbooking for sooo long. Today I got the bug & pulled everything out & scrapped all day long. The problem is that I ran out of Creative Memories double sided tape. I can run out to AC Moore, but I need some suggestions on what to get.

I like it to be as easy as possible. I got a double sided tape there once, but I had to stop & peel the back off all the time.

Anyone have a favorite sticking method they can suggest?

I use the Herma Vario Tab -- I think it is similar to your CM taper runner. However, if you just need something to hold you over until your CM ttape comes in, just buy the box of little square tabs. Annoying, but a lot cheaper than investing in a new tape runner. I HATE every other tape runner that ACM carries--especially the Pioneer one.
