It's a metal rack with glass vials in it. We've been guessing here as to what it is. I need to thank the person who sent it to me, I could always just say "Thanks for the gift" but I'd really like to know what's it's for!

I've seen something similar before and it was most definitely a bud vase. I saw it on a window sill with different colored daisies at different heights, it was cute.
