Help, I got a confirmation for a res. I didnt make!

Has this ever happened to anyone??? Last week I made my ressie for AKL using that postcard I got. Now when I called I also asked for prices for other resorts. Well in yesterdays mail I got the confirmation for AKL @ the $139 rate AND I ALSO got one for the boardwalk, for the same dates ect. but it was a much higher rate. Now I didnt reserve the boardwalk, I only asked for prices but I did reserve AKL!!

So has this happend to anyone before????

No, it hasn't, but it is easily taken care of... just call CRO, and explain that 2 ressies for 2 different resorts were made for the exact same time in your name...then have them cancel the one for BC. Make sure that they send you a new confirmation as well. Sounds like an honest mistake, with all of the CM's coming to work at CRO from other areas since they are so short staffed.
