Need some microwave dinner ideas as we will be staying in a studio a few times this summer. My thoughts so far are (not so healthy) and all need to be gluten free and beef free:

Breakfasts:
1) Oatmeal or grits with fresh fruit
2) Scrambled eggs and precooked sausage / bacon
3) Precooked pancakes

Dinner:
Turkey hot dogs and Annie's GF easy mac
Lloyd's shredded BBQ, coleslaw, chips
precooked turkey burgers
canned veggie each meal

Help!!!! Thanks

We're staying in a family suite and I've been thinking a little about no-cook or easy, quick meals to have. I like what you have down, I'll add:

Baked potatoes. Topped with something like broccoli (frozen that you've steamed in the microwave first) and cheese, or canned chicken chili and cheese.

Soup is easy enough, maybe a chowder and serve it in a sourdough bread bowl with a side salad.

Bean (refried or black) and cheese burritos, add a packet of the pre-cooked rice and fruit salad.

I've thought of other things like salads and wraps, but they don't involve the microwave.

I'm looking forward to seeing what others chime in with :)

Sausage McMuffins. Toast English muffins. Heat up Jimmy Dean precooked sausage patties in the microwave. Lightly butter the muffins, add a slice of cheese, top with sausage pattie.
