Help! I don't know how to cancel my online reservation

I booked a hotel reservation online ( Disneyland Italy website ) in Dec for my April trip, now I need to cancel the trip due to family emergency. I tried to call them in the past few days but no one answer the phone , I called Disney Italy phone # and Disney Paris main numbers ... both on hold for at least 30 mins still no answered . Anyone know which # I should call or how do I cancel my reservation? thanks in advance!!!!!
