Help! I can't get into the Fireworks Lobby

Hello!

I can't get into the fireworks lobby. The lobby starts to load, but then the blue line jsut stops under the y in lobby. As a result, I am missing out on valuable credits and ice. I have contacted VMK but have not heard back from them (I know - what a shock!)

Does anyone here have any ideas on how to get the page to load? Yes I've tried refreshing, logging off, and even my mules.

Ok, don't panic! I had that same problem with the Maleficent Evil Fortress
guest room. Not just my own room, but any Fortress room I tried to enter.
The blue load bar would stop halfway.

What I did:

In Internet Explorer, I clicked Tools on the toolbar menu, and chose
Internet Options. Then I checked the "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files"
in the Temporary Internet Files section.

When I tried to enter my Fortress room, I was able to get in.
Try it and see if it helps.

I had the same problem with Dragon a few weeks ago during the Yeti quest. It took about a week for the problem to go away and I figured it was a bug. Since it has happened with fireworks I then decided the problem was my computer. It is after all, an old computer that I got in November 2005

I will try your suggestion when I get home from the learning place, which blocks games for the teachers, tonight. Thanks for your help!
