Help!!! I can't find the salted caramel cupcakes thread...

No matter what I type in the search box, I can't find the salted caramel cupcake thread. I really want to make these tonight for a brunch I am having tomorrow. Thanks for any help!

They were AMAZING. According to DS14, DD11, and DH41, the best dessert I have EVER made.

Just the thought of them now, and my mouth is watering. This week it was apple and blueberry muffins.

Yes, I can see making it if it just was "Caramel filled cupcakes." The salt part turns me off.

Well, I took a second and looked at the recipe and agree, it does sound delicious. I just don't like Sklor candy, can something be substituted?

I make that buttercream a lot, it tastes good on a toe!!

I didn't put any candy on top. I thought it was overkill. I drizzled some caramel over the top.

Now, I didn't care for the jarred caramel that I bought so it kind of killed the cupcake but these would be superb with a caramel that I liked.

If the sound of salted caramel sounds gross, go to a high end chocolate shop and you will most like find dark chocolate covered caramels with sea salt on top. They are REALLY good.

Eww! I wouldn't spend good money on high quality chocolates just to have it ruined with salt. A good chocolate should already have the right blend of salt in it.

I'm telling you--they are good. And it is just a sprinkle of sea salt on top. A tiny amount. I thought it was weird too but VERY good. Open your mind!!!
