Help i can't access online ADR'S

Hi, i booked my adrs on line but when i tried to check them it keeps saying unable to retrive, it gives a phone no which i haven't rung yet but has any one else had this problem, Thank you

I would call. The reservation numbers can be tricky to retrieve online if you don't match the ADR number and the phone number you used exactly.

The phone CM should be able to pull everything up by your phone number used.
