Help! I can't access AP website to check out the new program

Whenever I enter my info to log on it says it doesn't match their records. Does anyone else have trouble? I would like to be able to check out the new AP program.

No combination of numbers have worked. I was given the # for ticket services, as no phone CM could help. I haven't called yet since we are going 10/7, and wouldn't be able to use this program anyway.
