I changed my email address and since then, I lost a lot of privileges. :sad1: I don't even know where I'm posting right now. :confused::confused: Can a moderator help me??????????????????????? :worship::worship::worship:

You need to look in the first email and find the confirmation email that was sent. You have to click that link in order to restore your account.

If you no longer have access to that email or can't find the confirmation then please see the thread at the top of this forum that says "Not fully registered. .
" and follow the directions in the first post.

Anyone that has registered a username can post on the Welcome Board. So that is why you can post here. Look under your username-- it says "Registered User" . This means that your account just needs to be reactivated.

NOTHING from your account has been lost. Your subscriptions, Avatar, signature and everything are still there. :thumbsup2 You are just in a "hold" right now. This is a safety feature. When you change your email address the system sends a confirmation to the first email address to be sure that YOU are the one that made the change, and your account hasn't been hacked.

Can you still check email on the account you were using before you changed? If you can please go into it and look for an email from the DISboards. It will have a link that you have to click on to reactivate your account.

If you don't see the email please see if you have a Spam/Junk mail box and check there.

If you can't check the first email account, OR if you don't find the email then you need to send an email to support@wdwinfo.com . In the email put your username, the email address you WERE using and the email address that you changed it to. Write that you changed your email and didn't get the confirmation (or can't get into your first email account) . The confirmation should be resent so check both accounts, it may take several days. Also check here to see if your account has gone back to the way it was. Sometimes they just automatically go ahead and reactivate it.

I am going to check in here over the weekend to see how you are doing. I promise you, we will get your account fixed. :)

I completely understand. It is scary to all the sudden be "gone"! Are you able to check that other email account?
 
No, my other email is at work and I will be able to access it on Monday morning only. It feels like forever........

Sorry you have to wait. I probably won't be around on Monday but I will try to check in here on Tuesday to see if you found the email and got it taken care of.
 
I checked my other email today: opcom@bellnet.ca today and there was no message whatsoever from anything related to Disney. :sad2:

When you are back and have time, could you verify for me what's wrong?
